Excellent customer service, Very honest business. My parents were in from out of town and had a check engine light come on in their large motorhome. This was the first stop of a long trip. Motorhome to unknown shop, for unknown problem, elderly parents. Scary. They called first thing Monday morning to make an appointment, were told to just come down. Not sure who helped them but he checked everything out, drove it, got them on the road and did not even charge for his time. He even called the next day to make sure everything was going fine on their trip. That is providing excellent customer service and good old fashion honest business practices. They were able to get me in right away. They diagnosed the problem and explained it in plain English. They had to order parts, but had my vehicle repaired and back to me the next day. They conducted a complete inspection and provided a report of their findings. I've already scheduled another appointment.

If you need auto repairs and maintenance your best choice is Auto Tech. They are great mechanics, honest, courteous, prompt, organized and clean. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone that works there has been great!

I have trusted Auto Tech over this past year, always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Professional service of a large auto shop but customer of the small town local shop who you can also trust will get the job done right. They do pretty much all when it comes to auto work and answer inquiries in a timely matter. I am especially appreciative of them shuttling me to work when I get my oil changes done as that is a service which is hard to find. 5 stars all around and I will keep coming back to them for my auto needs.
